Payment is collected via Iyzico. Delivery is made by carrier to the address provided. Carrier and tracking number are saved on the order panel.

Under consumer law, withdrawal rights may be limited for food and perishable goods. Damaged or incorrect deliveries are resolved by the seller.

We first seek mutual resolution. Unresolved disputes may go to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
