Shipping & Delivery Process

1. Payment confirmation: after a successful Iyzico payment your order becomes Paid.
2. Preparation: products are checked and packed.
3. Handover to carrier: the tracking number is saved in the system.
4. Delivery: the parcel arrives and the order is marked Delivered.

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery time varies by city and carrier volume.

Delays may occur on public holidays or exceptional cases; we will inform you.

Make sure your address and phone are correct; wrong details may delay delivery.
