Cancel before shipping

Cancellations and refunds are faster before the order ships.

Eligible cancellations start payment refunds through Iyzico.

Reach us on WhatsApp or phone for your request.

You can request cancellation while the order is Paid and not yet shipped. After shipping, the return process applies.

Admin cancellations attempt a refund using the stored Iyzico payment record.

Contact us to submit a return request.
Products should be unused and in suitable packaging (legal exceptions for food apply).
After approval we arrange return shipping and inspection.
Approved refunds are returned to your payment method via Iyzico.

Opened, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive food products may have limited withdrawal rights. Damaged or wrong deliveries are resolved by us.
